This is a powder room vanity that we just did. The floor and back are 3/4" Maple plywood, while everything else is solid Maple. We made the panels from random width and thickness sticking and ran beading around each panel. The joints are all V-grooved inside. It has 4 coats of Lead Grey lacquer and soft-close Blum hinges. The top is a 30mm heart Pine piece that we made, stained, and coated in urethane. This is a heart Pine 30mm countertop that we made and finished in 4 coats of urethane. This is a 200 year old beam mantle that we milled to look new and then distressed it. We bolted it in then made matching plugs. Distressed Cypress box beams in the kitchen.... We made 2 trundle bed units. They fit a twin mattress. The drawers are 3/4" Maple, dovetailed, with a 3/4" plywood bottom. Each has (4) 42" full extension drawer slides. Each drawer is rated to carry 1000 pounds. That's James testing one out....
